Current Needs:
Grant Writing: looking for volunteers to help with finding and applying for grants!
Window installation: we have 3 already purchased. Looking for a volunteer to replace our existing windows.
Support beam reinforcement: we have five beams that support existing bedrooms that are beginning to deteriorate. These rooms are already slanting! Contractor estimates cost of about $1000 per beam.
Basement completion: we purchased this home with a very minimally finished basement. Completing the work would add additional bedrooms to make space for residents.
Rodent & pest trapping, extermination, and protection - thank you to our generous donor!
